Back in the 1980s I lived in Milford Texas. We used to go to Hillsboro to go antique shopping. There was an antique store back behind the courthouse. It was a two-story building. We were in there looking at old maps of Texas. A man wearing full cow punching outfit spars and all walked past us. Then he turned to the left and went into another room. My in laws were heading home early from spending the night at our home in Whitney. On highway 22 towards Hillsboro around the Hill County Jail area at 4:30 am they saw a ghostly figure. They said it looked like a woman and she was standing on the side of the road dressed all in black pale face looking down. We've only lived in Whitney for about a year so we don't know much about the area. Just wondering if there has been any deaths in that area? Or has anyone else seen this before?.
