We are remodeling a very old home in Howe, TX. My father and I were in the kitchen discussing the project. My husband was in the back yard working. We both heard a woman's voice say ''hello? '' it was very clear and we both heard it. No one was around.

The ghost of a youth to pre-teen aged child has been seen and heard in a Howe home. The 2 year old child who lives here says his name is sammy and he has been seen on occasion, even fully manifesting for a couple of seconds when ghost hunting.
Sammy seems harmless and the child is not afraid of him. There also seems to be a darker force the child calls the guy. There are often loud bangs that come from the childs room from midnight-ish to about 4 am even when it is empty.
He doesn't seem too friendly at all and his voice has been recorded on EVP saying ''do not cross me! Upsetting''. .
