I lived in a house in Trailwood next to Kingwood Drive for 20 years. Back in early 1995 I was a 7-year-old first grader living in that house. One night I was in my room with my eyes open. It was dark, and the door to my room was open. I saw some tall shadow looking figure standing in front of the door moving into my room very slowly. The shadow figure looked like the demons that dragged the bad guy to hell in the movie ''Ghost.''

eyes and started shouting ''mom dad mom dad.'' However, they couldn't hear me. I opened my eyes, and then a face of a man in a fedora hat was staring

into my face only a foot away from my face. I shouted ''mom dad mom dad'' louder at the top of my lungs. Then my dad turned on the hall light walking into my room. Then the shadow and the man in the hat were all of a sudden gone.! It's 2016, and I'm 29 now. It still gives me chills when I think about that episode when I was 7.

Comment by Aurora: I also lived in Trailwood near Kingwood Drive for 20 years. My parents still live there. That house is so active with paranormal activity. Back in the 1980s when I was 5 I was sleeping in my parents' floor because of nightmares. While lying there, I heard a growl, so I looked under their bed and saw red eyes! Next thing I know my parents are shaking me awake in the street. I had gotten through 2 locked doors and alarm system I didn't know the code to. I never slept in my parents' room again. We continued having paranormal experiences in that house. I think it has to do with the area's history.
