During the construction of the Hutto High School, an electrician and his son were working on a circuit breaker when the father was electrocuted and killed right in front of his son. He has been sighted mainly in the cafeteria and in a few class rooms shuffling papers and knocking down pictures.
Most of the staff has seen him and all have heard of his mischief. We all have named him freddy.. He enjoys scaring the lunch staff.
