Here's something you won't find online: UDallas is haunted. Come on, it's an old school, and I can think of some people who'd grow attached to it. Specifically Braniff (the library). It's façade is already eerie looking on its own. Don't even get me started with the 2nd and 3rd floor. I've pulled many all nighters there, and in many instances I've felt uneasy and unwelcome. In one occasion, however, I was turning the corner in the second floor. Keep in mind, I was looking ahead the entire time. As I turned, I saw the blur of a dark figure nearly run into me. Out of a natural reaction I flinched and backed away. I had the words ''whoops my bad'' in the tip of my tongue because I was so sure I was going to run into a person.
I turned around, and there was absolutely no one in sight. I mean no one. I even looked around the corner to check. Anyway I'm writing this now because my roommate just came back with her nerves on edge because she just came from the second floor, where she heard loud banging on the walls. The time was almost 4:00 am. Once again no one is there.

One time when me and my brother went skating one night at a middle school parking lot (Dezavala) on our way back we crossed through the red trail park. Keep in mind that the lights had completely shut off. It was pitch black. We were young and stupid. I have no idea why we would do this. As we were walking on the trail, we felt something with us and felt footsteps behind us. As we were exiting the park and finally crossing the bridge, we took a left and decided to cut through the giant field.
On our way to the field I saw a white figure that seemed to be crouched over doing something odd. From a distance it looked like it was moving its shoulders. In my mind I knew it was something, but we continued to walk and tried to ignore it, thinking it was a sprinkler or something. As we got closer, that figure grew taller and started standing up and moving towards us. I live in those apartments right next to that field, and I've seen some bad stuff. That was a night to remember.
