Several years ago I was under the railroad bridge where it crosses over the double mountain fork of the Brazos river. After trowing several rocks at mud Martin nests I saw a tall thin man on the walkway under the bridge. The man was wearing a white long coat and was holding a wine bottle in his right hand. He didn't have a left arm . The man yelled to me to stop throwing rocks and suggested that I leave the area very quick. Not being into wine at

that time of my life I took his suggestion. That was also the day that someone stole my western flyer bicycle that had been parked under the highway bridge.

The ghost may still have my bike or it may have washed in lake Allen Henry.
Either way I have a much higher opinion of wine now days so we will just call it a teachable moment. The missing left arm was not signifient so don't dwell on it. Submitted by J
