I used to work at Pier 1 Imports in Kerrville. When Halloween was getting close one of the older employees warned me about strange things that could happen to me while working there. She told me that years ago there used to be an old drive-in movie theater there. She said that a young woman who used to work at the ticket booth had been locked in the booth, and then the booth was set on fire. She was burned alive by her angry ex-boyfriend. I also heard from

someone else that the same land used to be an ancient burial ground for the local Indians that used to live in this area.

kind of freaked me out, even though I am a bit of a skeptic. After a while nothing happened and I kind of forgot about it. Time went by, and winter moved in. I remember I was working the night shift, and I was busy helping a customer running back and forth, looking for things for her. When suddenly I heard my name whispered in my ear.
