I was at my house and I saw a black figure walk in my sisters room and my sister would never sleep in there. And one day when I slept in there we heard screaming and people yelling, my sister and I were so scared.

I was born in Kerrville and before I was even 10 I have seen and heard many stange occurrences. Especially on the street where the barrio used to be!! Many people have died on that Street. On the other side of town on water St.
My grandparents house at night would liven up with what sounded like a party coming from different rooms. But every time we entered the sounds disappeared. Ask anyone from Kerrville and you will hear several stories!.
