There was no way any of us had touched the elevator button, and there were hardly any other girls in the building at that point. We sped around the corner to the stairwell and didn't go up there again. We spent the night sleeping huddled together in our room on the 6th floor as we were completely freaked out. One of my friends and I woke up at the same time that night at midnight, and we both avoided looking at our closed door because we sensed

something was off.
I will say during Rangerette Camp that same friend and I were roommates on the 8th floor, and we got a creepy feeling every

time we were up there. Girls on our floor told us they would wake up at 3 am almost every night, and that was way before we had heard about any deaths!.

The intermediate school is haunted in Kilgore. It's the 4th grade wing in a remedial math teacher room. I remember her name was Mrs. Ott. I remember all the lights but one was on. I was finishing a math assignment my teacher gave me.
