Anyone who lives in or around Kosse Texas knows; or should know the legend of the Bassett mansion out on Co road 666 (667 now). :) witches used to kill people off the bridge right by the house go over it and you can hear the chains the witches themselves were hung by.
Went by there tonight and saw the witches coming towards my friends and I. It was pretty amazing! (: October 31 2011.

Comment by anonymous: Back when no one owned the house, my mom, my siblings, and I came to see it. My older brother and his friend climbed the fence and ran to the door. They rang the doorbell and knocked three times. The door opened. A light came on inside the house, and we saw three spirits: one coming towards my brother and his friend, one in the curtains, and the last one at the front of the gate staring into us with dark blond and red eyes. That's my story. What do you think?!;).
