She will wave her hands back and forth signaling you to stop and help her retrieve her children before they drown but of course they are already dead. La Llorona, (the crier) , can only be seen by the driver who is crossing at the middle point of the bridge at exactly 12:00 midnight.

We were driving back on La Pryor highway @ 5 am. We were driving 90 miles an hour, and what seemed to be a white cloud flying to the side of us came directly in front of our van and then flew under it.
Keep in mind this happened very fast as we were going 90 miles an hour. We at first thought it was an animal, but then we didn't even hit anything. Our van did not shake or jolt one bit after hitting this thing.
It was pretty scary.
