The Bloody Flats in Lamesa, so many people have died and been killed in the flats. Legend has it that on dark cold nights the dead sprits rise and roam the streets late night and you can hear the screams. And coming from the Hillside of the old Hilltop cafe many people say the have seen the headless lady walking the streets on any given night.
