Hey there J your not alone, I also live in this area Via San Agustin, we have experienced from unknown knocking to strange shadows. I have had most recently food and drinks disappear, also I replaced a home alarm system, I did an upgrade and I am planning to install cameras to record what ever it is. One thing is certain, when I enter a room the air is different. What ever it is I think it fears me when I am around child like noise or knocks occur. Nothing like what my wife tells me, one more thing that did happen when I was back from work we were all in bed, and for no reason all smoke detectors went off. I know what you're thinking but the batteries were all new, I had replaced them a couple days earlier. We have one young son but at times when he is out playing it's like I feel another small child flowing me around, little things get knocked over and I sense at times like now I am being watched .

Comment by anonymous: I used to live in that subdivision too. When the house where barely getting built I used to always hear voices at the foot of my bed. I would always see shadows coming from the kitchen to the living room, but when I would tell my parents they wouldn't believe me.

I was 11 when I was passing through the old Mercy Hospital when I got out of the car my mom told me that it was haunted I heard rumors around school but I just didn't know I then heard a scream, and then I saw a figure disappear from the 3rd floor my dad said he saw the same thing when I was younger I won't forget that.
