Also there's been times when I know lights have been turned off when we leave the room-cause we try to be green and save energy-and minutes later they are back on. Also the faint noise of a running shower can be heard sometimes during the day and late at night.
Nothing bad has happened to us, but I know myself, my son and our cat have all had ghostly experiences in those apartments.

I work at the health department and I've seen shadows all the time. Once in my office I was working after 5 pm and I clearly saw a small (child like) shadow walking around my desk. I got up and when I was about to walk out of the office the door slammed shut.

I opened the door to walk (run) out and I could clearly hear giggling in back of me.. That day I left my work undone and left the office. To date I still see the shadows lingering throughout the office but it isn't a mean ghost, more like a rascal having fun with us.

Ok so here is how it goes. We live in Laredo on Cedar Ave in the Russel Colonia. When we first moved here everything seemed pretty normal about the house. The first to move in were my mom my brother and our baby sister. During the first night my brother began to hear unexplainable noises. After a few months when my sister and I moved in very weird things began taking place. We would see a shadow go from our mom's room down the hall and into the restroom. The first person who to see this shadow was my sister she thought it was our mom just going to the restroom but then she saw her pass again. However when she got up and saw our mom come out of her room she asked ''did not you just pass twice by our room? '' our mom told her that she'd just gotten up.
