I still remember these incidents like it was just yesterday. On of my sisters has blocked this time of her life out. She does not remember a thing during the years that we lived in that house. My other sisters and I enjoy talking about those years.
I was never afraid just fascinated. However now as an adult I did not want to go back to that house so my parents sold the property and the house was demolished to make new homes. Now as an adult I

went to visit the Palo Alto Museum and saw pictures of those in the battle as well as those who passed by.

at the end of 6th Street close to a canal. There are new homes there now. It used to be just a couple of houses (still there) then just brush and a canal further down.

Since we moved to golden a couple of months ago my toddler kept waking up and screaming at her closet close it close it! Now her closet doors have mirrors so I thought maybe she was just seeing herself and getting confused because they where not open when I went in to sooth her.
