The Lubbock Cemetery itself has its own history. After spending close to 20 years there I've got to admit that I have had a dozen or more experiences on the grounds. However, the real hauntings were and are in the offices. That is where the paranormal exists. The first encounter I had with the unseen was back in 2002 while working in the old original office that was built in the 1930s. The old building looked more like a tool shed. It consisted of

2 small rooms and a tiny bathroom.
Late one afternoon after all crew had gone home for the day, I decided to stick around and finish printing

my invoices. I was in the front office at my desk when I heard the sound of the file cabinet slide open in the next room. I sat still and listened but didn't hear anything else, so I continued working. About ten minutes later I started hearing what sounded like papers being looked through and the sound of papers being wadded up.
I didn't bother to get up and go look because I really was not scared. I mean why bother when I knew I was the only
