My husband and our three children took over a lease on a house on 27th and ave S. Immediately after moving in the house we began having a lot of problems, one day we were sitting in the living area when we started to smell this cake or sweet cinnamon spice smell as if someone was baking, we didn't know where the smell was coming from so we just dismissed it as if it was the next door neighbors baking.

The house had a room more like a one bedroom apartment built onto the back of the house so we put our two boys in that room at the back. Every night it was like war trying to make the boys go to bed, they would cry and say a man in a chair would come in their room and poke them with a stick and was really mean to them. My husband and I just brushed it off because they were use to sharing a room with their sister and just wanted to be near her.
About a few months after living in the house the owners wanted to sell the house and we got first dibs on it so we were thinking about buying the house, that's when things got really bad it was like all our fears were tested. It's like we got rats out of hell so we tried getting rid of them because I gave in because I wanted the house. In 3 days all the rats disappeared as if we never had a problem with them, next we had roaches coming from every part of the house. We put out foggers and when we returned to the house it was like none of them were set off and we know they were because we set them off in each room 1 by one.
One day me and my husband and kids were watching TV and from out of nowhere we heard something slam really hard onto the floor, I went to the kitchen and the cough syrup bottle which was plastic was splattered all over the floor as if someone slammed it down on the floor, the floors were tile floor not ceramic and it would take a lot of force to have made the cough syrup bottle to shatter that way.
