I stayed at the C.M. in Luftkin, TX for two nights. I kept being woken up with the sensation that someone having come into the room. This happened about three times the first night. I thought it was the TV noise at first, but later I thought that the room might be haunted. The next night it happened again. I thought someone had entered the room. I had the same sort of sensation as I did the first night. Ugh. Later in the night I heard noise like dragging footsteps on the carpet. It was a horrible night. I prayed and kept the lights on.
I should add that upon arrival to the hotel I was given a room on the second floor. Upon entering the room the dresser drawer was open. I closed the drawer thinking how odd that such a nice hotel, and the staff left the drawer open. Anyway, I closed the drawer and proceeded to look out the window. When I turned around the drawer was open again. I did ask for a different room and was given the room where I was unable to sleep.

When I was in high school in the 70s a friend and I had rigged up the Old Poske Cemetery to scare our friends. We were standing at the fence with the reverse lights illuminating an area behind the car. A friend was standing beside me, and we both saw the same thing. A demonic apparition about twenty five feet away and fifteen feet off the ground. It was a face and upper torso sort of made of a smoke like mist; you could feel it looking at you. It had eyes and facial features there was no doubt that it was real. Very close and clear. We left in a hurry. You could feel the evil. Submitted by Anonymous

I used to live in a house in Crown Colony when I was 12, and my little brother was 11. We were home alone upstairs when we heard the front door open. We thought it was our mother's voice say, ''Hey guys, I'm home. '' We were about to go downstairs to see her when we heard a man's voice start yelling at her and a commotion like he was knocking her around. My brother and I finally got up the courage to go downstairs, and as soon as we were half way down the noise stopped. We checked the whole house (together), and there was no one there. The door was still locked. Luckily we didn't live there for long, because that house always gave me the creeps.
