One evening I came home from work at Sonic. I went home, and I lived on Redwood Drive at the time by all the restaurants. I came home and pulled into my driveway. I lived with my younger son and my baby who was only 7 months old.
My kids were with a babysitter till five which is when I got off of work. I told the babysitter that she could leave. I went inside and got my baby and hugged my older son who is ten. I told him to watch his brother in

the crib in the living room. Then I went to the kitchen to make some nuggets for the kids. I got out the nuggets from the freezer and turned on the stove

and went to go to the restroom real fast.
When I came out I didn't hear anything but little thumps on the floor, and I was worried Tommy the older brother left Kyle alone. I called to Tommy but had no reply, so I went to the living room and saw Tommy on the floor playing with his car, but there was no Kyle. I asked Tommy ''where was Kyle?'' He said his friend took him. I asked Tommy what he meant. I got down to his level and asked him again. When
