My kids and I lived in a duplex house apartment on S. Texas Avenue in Mercedes. We were excited to move to our new place, a new fresh start. Everything was going great until one night my one-year-old woke up crying with this frightening and screaming. I rushed into the room tried to pick her up, but it seemed something was holding her down. I turned on the light and noticed that her finger was tied to the bed. On another occasion in the middle of the night I was woken up by heavy steps and dragging

chains as it walked in the attic. I told the homeowner about it, but she told me that there is an apartment on top, but that the lady was not home due to the fact that she travels. However, she said she would look into it. Still there was no answer to that. Even though I was scared I still stayed because at the moment we had nowhere to go, so I just ignored it. We still experience unnatural things until I finally found a place for us to move. I have heard
