On October 31 2004 at midnight the high school motion sensored security camera on the north side of the building right outside the weight room door what we believed to be a ghost was caught on tape. Within a matter of seconds the cloudy white image of a cowboy hat appears and white foot / boot prints show up on the sidewalk then disappear.. All within about 5 seconds. I remember watching the tape several times over and over again. Everyone that saw the tape believed that what was seen was in fact a ghost. One of the senior guys actually went the next night dressed in a white sheet to make a joke out of it and pictures were posted all over school.

Though we tried to make it funny there is still a ghost of a cowboy walking the school grounds. As for the Hopscotch Holly ghost. The legend that I have heard and actually helped my 8th grade English class make a video about it was that a young girl has been seen playing hopscotch in the middle school building in the hallway connecting the 7th and 8th grade halls (bathroom hall).

As for the whole hanging herself in the auditorium that was posted above the legend I know of was that it wasn't Hopscotch Holly that was hanged in the auditorium it was a janitor. When we filmed it we kind of made up a scenario that the janitor was repairing something on the stage and Hopscotch Holly pushed the ladder out from under him and thus he was hanged on an electrical cord. I believe these are just stories that have been made up to scare the middle school kids that has been passed on for years and changed throughout. Submitted by Jana
