My cousin was recently in a wreck on TX-208 to Colorado Coty. Amazingly they all survived. After looking at accident photos this one gave them chills. Look in the lower right corner to see a jacket and an odd glare creating a face where the tire would have been. Can anyone shed some light on this area for me? Thanks!.
