I grew up in Mission, and growing and hearing to the ghost stories was something so normal. I grew up by La Homa Road. I used to sleep at the sala with my younger sister. One night I remember something woke me up, and to my surprise I saw this lady dress in white. Her dress looked to be from an older era. I couldn't see her face. She seemed as if she was floating and almost transparent. I remember she waved her hand like trying to tell me to come with her. I was scared. I covered myself with the blanket and never told anyone about it. Until I was an adult I told my cousin my ghost story, and he told me that he had seen that same lady in white when he was a kid. Now I hear more stories from people still living on that same street seeing a lady in a white dress. Submitted by Frida

I used to live in Anacua housing apartments. My family and I had some paranormal experiences in the 8 years we lived there. My brother at the time was around 10 he slept in the living room that night.

We would always hear dishes fall but everything was in place. That night he claims to have seen a woman dressed in black with her face burned. Also when I was 12 I perfectly remember my bed shaking I immediately ran out. Another time my mother felt as if someone had come in the room and sat at the corner of her bed. You could literally feel the mattress bend. Many other things which we later confirmed with a lady that used to live there and said she experienced the same things in that apartment. To this day after almost 14 years that we moved out when I have had bad dreams I am in this apartment.
