I would hear people talking in the next apartment and hear things being moved. In my apartment I would see a dark shadow going from room to room. I would sleep with a light on because he scared me bad.
Needless to say I moved out, it got too bad.

I have lived in Monahans for many years. 4 out of the 5 houses that I have lived in here have been obscenely haunted!! Footsteps, whispers, voices, shadows, the sound of a ball rolling on hardwood floors at night. My family touched and my husbands leg thrown off the bed....

He had bruises!!! Way too many stories to recall. A lot of other people have said the same about many houses here, the whole town haunted if you ask me!!!! Shadows moving in cemetery at night people who live close to it say there are noises and if you get up right when the suns coming up there is a massive black mist that rises up out of cemetery and floats over the town slowly and breaks up moving through houses.

Never seen anything in Monahans resembling a haunting but if you go to grand falls cemetery after midnight with sound equipment and cameras you can get some cool images. Make sure it's a moonless night. Might be ready for a bit of a scare.
