I lived in The King Mansion as a child, and I had encountered visits from Mary. She was a young girl that died as a teenager. She would protect me from a man that would scare my sisters and me a lot. My younger sisters wouldn't go to bed till I would because a man would stand in front of the door.

There has been sightings of a ghost of a woman walking the halls of the junior high.

In High School we often visited an old house known as king's mansion. One evening, just before dark about five of us walked all through the house. I did not want to go in that day, there was a thick feeling in the air, almost like the house was pushing me back.
