When I was little we lived in apartments in Nederland for a few years. Weird things were always happening and I would see a pair of legs walking around. It was only from the knee down dark blue pants and black shiny shoes.
Definitely looked like a man's. I never told anyone. Couple years after we moved out my younger sister some friends and I were sitting around playing games. Ghosts got brought up and my sister proceeds to tell us about legs she saw

in the apartment we lived in. I let her know I also saw them and we each swear to it still today.

We lived at an apartment in Nederland on 8th Avenue for about seven or eight years. While we were there sometimes while I was trying to sleep, I would see a tall shadow run past. I would get up from my bed scared and go see if my mom or dad had got up, but they would always be asleep. Now our whole apartment complex was haunted, and how I would know is because one day my mom was at our neighbor's house, and her toddler started saying ''ghost, ghost, ghost''. My mom got up to see, and nothing was there. Well, when she went to go sit down a bottle got thrown at her. After that I started to remember how my friend said she heard girl laughing and footsteps on the roof. They lived on the top part of the apartment.
Later on around 2018 all of the parents started fighting and growing apart. One of our other neighbors was stabbed by the husband, and I don't want to get into details because of privacy. Then In 2017 when I saw tall figures running past me, I would also have nightmares. I was around 11 years old the nightmare was my fear spiders. In my dream my mom and dad were sleeping, and we were stuck on a web, and I tried to scream, but I couldn't. In the dream we all ended up not surviving. I woke up sweating and scared . The tall figure kept on running past me at night. The fights kept on happening, so we moved, and our happy family is back. (It is well with my soul).
