Comment by anonymous: Is this the one by that store or restaurant? Well we used to go down there to party back then, we never saw the girl just a black shadow that made a laughing high pitch sound like an owl or a bird. I'll tell you this much; never went back there again.

I don't know where to start, but when I moved in this house on Adams in Odessa I had no clue of the history. As I write this I'm in tears because after this experience I'm terrified. I've had other experiences but not like this, and it wasn't until I started asking the neighbors what I've been experiencing that they told me what happened. Till this day I pass by there, and it's boarded up. I would like someone to investigate and help me figure out why it happened to me, and if it's still there. I wasn't the first this has happened to. There were other renters before me who didn't last long and experienced this also.

Let me tell you something Michael. I too am sensitive to the supernatural. I've seen many ghosts and witnessed a poltergeist in my old childhood home. One night I woke up to see all my small toys paper airplanes I've made as a kid flying around the room by unnatural hands!! When I was 8 years old my dog Blacky died of poisoning and a year later one night I heard barking inside the house.
I woke up to see a shadow of a my dead Blacky standing at the door. I was not scared; I felt secure due to the fact that my dog was watching over me and my brother protecting us from beyond!! My father died when I was five years old in 1981. I was so young when he died I did not realize he died.
