I have also lived at the apartment complex at 52nd / Grandview and that place definitely has some weird things that go on there. I have seen shadows in the hallway as well and one night I woke up to find a shadow like thing kneeling next to my bed.
Also my son had this toy that would constantly go off and one day I took the batteries out of it and it still kept going off so I ended up throwing it out but what I wrote in was to tell you about

I used to be a guard there at night and one evening I was with one of the utpb officers walking through the student

Union building it was around 11 pm so no one had been the building for quite some time, and it was winter so no air conditioning was on and as we walked through the building we suddenly smelled a strong perfume and thought we saw a figure walking down the hall and when we checked to see who was still inside the building we didn't find anyone.
We got out of there fast and we never spoke about what happened that night until now. Another strange thing
