I live in Southdown on Hampton Drive. I lived in a rental house. I purchased an antique mirror and chest of drawers at a yard sale in Southdown. Once the mirror came into the house, all hell broke loose. I started having TERRIBLE nightmares. I would wake up screaming and fighting for my life. I have never EVER had dreams that would have me wake screaming! EVER - I stress this because these were FAR more than dreams. Robed men would chase me night after night, and I would literally wake in a fight for my life. I would see shadows; the smoke alarm would go off at completely random times. My dogs would bark at absolutely nothing. Items would go missing and re-appear days later in places that we know we had looked. Things would ''fall'' off the kitchen counters. Those are things that had been sitting for hours untouched. The dogs would be asleep in the living room, and suddenly, BOOM and things would be broken on the floor.
When we went to move out I took all of the crucifixes and decorative religious art off the walls. I was cleaning the master bath, and I had sat my phone and speaker in the niche that was built into the wall of the master bedroom. I was listening to music and started cleaning the bathroom when all the sudden I heard a LOUD slam on the wall that was nearest the bathroom. I ran out thinking that someone had come in and fallen. No one was home but me. I went back into the bedroom where I had left my phone sitting atop my Bluetooth speaker - music still blaring - but both the phone and the speaker were thrown to the OTHER SIDE of the bedroom (at least 15 feet and was busted. ) Strangely, music was still playing, but the phone screen was shattered, and the case of the speaker was busted. As an aside we only moved 17 houses down on the same street and have been in peace since - NOT ONE BAD DREAM. - I did leave the mirror outside in the garage. I don't know if it was the mirror or the house that was the problem, but either way, why risk it?.

Hi. I have been renting a home in Southglen for 3 years now and have many signs of a spirit. The previous tenants left within 2 months after paying for the whole house to be painted inside. I thought that's weird but awesome for us moving in. Well immediately after moving in I would hear scratching in the walls and above my bed at night.
I ignored it but than it turned to banging like someone banging metal together. We had a plumber come out and have the pipes have insulation so they can't bang. The doors to the bedrooms open and close on the own when you are in another room.
My husband and me had a great relationship but have been having tension since we moved here. Three neighbors on both sides of us and across the street have divorced. I asked one lady who moved in next door recently if she had a noise house. Hers eyes got big and she said ''you too''? I think this area has a bad energy or spirits.
