As told to me by my best friend lalo. One night in the 1970's as lalo and a friend were driving around town they decided to drive out of town towards the leaona River 8 miles away. It was summer around midnight, as they were coming up to the curve before the river they saw movement and an object on the side of the fence in the weeds.
They slowed down and saw an old lady slowly walking in the weeds along side of the fence. She was dressed like in the 1800. What scared them was she was caring cradled in her arms a man with no legs.

The man was dressed like a soldier from that era. They got really scared and floored the accelerator and sped away. About a mile up they decided to turn back to get another look. As they came up to the curve on the high way, they slowed down again expecting to see the lady but didn't.

When my father and his sister were about 6 years old.. .. One night it began thundering real bad and when the lightning struck they witnessed a little girl wearing a white dress playing in the front porch with their toys and swinging in there swings.
They were very freightened by this incident but still remember it to this day.
