I was having a normal day, and 5:08 I went to get breakfast and was walking through the hall. Then this toddler my grandma was babysitting said, ''Look a ghost.'' I backed away slowly, and he said she was running towards us, so I ran while holding him. I got inside the room I was staying at a hotel. Never in my life have I been so scared.

One night I was up late reading a book in bed. I live in a two-story house, and my room is right by the stairs. All of a sudden I heard someone go downstairs. Thinking it was one of my siblings. I didn't pay too much attention to it. Then right as they got downstairs they came back up. Again I didn't think much of it since I'd go right backup if I've forgotten something.

This is where it gets creepy. As soon as they got back upstairs they went right back down again. After coming up the second time I called out my sister's name, but there was no answer. Again it went back down and back up. This time when it got back upstairs it stopped outside my door when all of a sudden it slowly opened my door.
Scared out of my mind I don't dare move a muscle or speak. After what seemed like forever it went back down and did its routine. I started panicking and yelling for my mom. Then my closet door swung open, and I screamed like I've never before. That's when finally my mom came racing up the stairs to rescue me from my paranormal encounter. And that was just one ghost story out of many.
