I lived on Pecos St. in Portland two years ago after my father got a job at Kiwiett and I occasionally went to the park at night to jog by Frio Dr. On two different occasions I saw a lady on the corner fence beside the park just staring at me.
I ran by her the first time and there was an overwhelming horrible smell of fish or dead animal coming from where she was. I saw her head moving and following me in every direction. I would jog around the park,

so the second time I ran by her I decided to be nice and say hello.
Just as I was getting close to her again I got hit by the horrible smell but I

smiled at her and said ''hi'', she actually said something back but I couldn't make out what it was. She had a long grayish skirt with a blouse tucked into it and her hair was in a side pony tail.
I didn't make a big deal out of it but a week later I saw her again on the same spot and wearing the same thing. I arrived at the park before she did and honestly I never noticed where she had come from.
She was just there when I turned around.
