I have seen Maryann. I was in 2nd grade when I saw her. I was at the Premont Jr high because my dad had to stay to help for summer school. The lights were off where the band hall was. I saw a little girl in a black dress stand there not moving a muscle.
She was looking at me like she wanted to play. I asked who she was and no response, I was scared.

Right across the old primary school there's a yellow house on a corner. That house is really haunted!! The owner told me she bought the house 16yrs ago. She lived in it until a few months ago she moved out.
Her husband and kids stayed living in it. Her husband passed away in the house. Now his ghost is seen outside sitting in a chair on the porch! Plus there's like 5 other ghosts in the house the owner says all 16yrs they saw a lot even the devil! That house used to be home to a mortician the 2 story house next to the yellow house was the funeral home.
There is a tunnel underground that goes all the way one house to the other! Apparently bodies were transfered through the tunnel to the funeral home! The owner told me that also in the back yard there's a small hole in the ground that gets bigger and bigger.
