I was surprised to see that the apartment appeared to be a one off small 6-unit fairly new apartment in an older neighborhood. All the other houses were older perhaps from the 1920s, 30s, or 40s. This small apartment complex fit on one house lot. This made me wonder what happened to the original house. Unfortunately, I don't recall the address. Does anyone know where this small apartment may have been located?.

In 1999 my family and I moved into an apartment complex at what used to be called Mayhem and Spring Valley. At the time there were 4 phases but due to crime and fires I believe a couple were taken down.

We were there less than a year and multiple crimes and fires took place while we lived there. Once I woke to humming and a figure walking in the dark living room. I tried to wake my mother but she didn't believe me.
Another time I was washing dishes and felt like someone was standing directly behind me. My brother was home so I figured he was trying to scare me. When I turned around I screamed because I saw the figure of a man holding a knife over me. It almost looked like a silhouette with a glowing light.
I turned my head slightly taking my eyes away for a moment and yelled for my brother, but when I looked forward again the figure was gone. My brother came running and thought I was messing with him.
