Well I have had several instances of activity. I always have a hard time believing it but it just seems too real. I used to work at Coffee Station. I used to hear laughter and talking and even footsteps in the caboose that is connected to the coffee house.
I even heard someone say my name. I never felt alone there. This usually happened around 630 am when I would prep the coffees. Also at an electronics store in Rosenberg things have flown off the shelf and pegs and a constant creaking noise occurs.

It also sounds like footsteps in the back room. I have seen a shadow man on the bridge in downtown Richmond. I would love to know the history behind old Richmond!

PS going to check out Cole theater in Rosenberg sometime this month. Should be interesting.
P. S. S. If you really want a good ghost hunt go check out Victoria Texas! The whole city is scary!! :).
