I believe count Rd 1206 is haunted. I have seen many strange things as I drive through to Rio Vista TX. I saw a young woman crossing the road and she didn't have any feet! She appeared to be floating or gliding across the road and then quickly disappeared. On another occasion I saw a dark image with reddish eyes staring at me as I came through a dip in the road, and it moved in front of my car. I stepped on the gas and it went right through the car and I felt all the hairs on my body stand on end. I don't know what that was but I am staying off of county road 1206. Unless you want to see ghosts don't drive through this area at night! I believe something bad happened on 1206!.

Driving home one night from a friends house I was coming down cr 1206 towards Rio Vista when I came to an area where the trees cover the road. I was going down through a small dip through the trees when I looked up in the rear view mirror and saw a young lady sitting in my back seat! I was shocked and I could see a young woman in her 20's with a blank stare on here face.
I quickly turned on my Interior lights and she quickly vanished.. She was a white woman with brown hair, shoulder length no make up, brown eyes. It still gives me chills to this day... So if you're ever driving through Rio Vista Texas on county road 1206 don't be afraid of her, I think she is just lost and doesn't want to hurt anyone.....

Comment by Jimmy: I have see the young woman that you are talking about. I stopped to give her a ride and when I stopped she looked up at me and she didn't have a face! Just as if someone erased her whole face. I got the hell out of there! I won't drive through there at night anymore!.
