I believe the house referred to here was owned by the Abernathys at the time I lived in Rio Vista (early 70's through late 90's). They were a very nice older couple and the wife worked at the school. I was in the house several times and did not note anything out of the normal.

Rio vista is an extremely haunted town there is a lot of weird things that go on there in that particular house it is said that a man murdered his wife and children I was told that by an officer of Rio Vista as to how true it is I am not sure.
