My eldest uncle on my dad' side of the family had recently died (this was late 2011. He died on 9/11, 2011. ) After he died, I started seeing phases of moving figures throughout my house, especially past my mom's office. I would always see what seemed to be a figure running past the doorway of my mom's office. I assumed it was just an illusion because if I tell myself it's not a ghost, I won't be scared. The figure, if any, hurt me in no way.

another night when I was alone, playing on my laptop at the kitchen table, I got up to grab the TV remote, so I could change the channel. The remote was

on the coffee table in the living room in front of the sofa. When I was walking in front of the couch, I felt someone (or something) kick me in my thigh. I looked down to see if the Chihuahua had jumped up on me or something, but she wasn't there. I tried to make the ghost (I don't know what it was) kick me again to prove that I wasn't crazy, but it didn't happen.
