I was at Rockwall county courthouse in downtown Rockwall tonight and saw a young gentleman in a dark suit rather outdated for todays standards. I would say he looked as though he was from the 1920's possible 30's.
As I was leaving the courthouse he left around a corner and as I turned the corner he was gone!!! Has anyone else in Rockwall seen this ghost? I am frightened beyond belief and will not ever go in that courthouse again.
