Me and my girlfriend have both seen a lady in a white dress with a very upset look on her face walking down the bridge over lake Ray Hubbard. She is not wearing any shoes and we have seen her on the bridge early in the morning in the afternoon and even late at night.

Just the other night when it was storming and pouring rain she was walking down the side of the highway. 2 nights ago I was driving and couldn't see anything out of the ordinary in front of me. I went to change lanes so I looked back in my mirror and there she was walking sown the highway.
