We were driving across lake Ray Hubbard coming from Rowlett into Rockwall in the evening of 1/26/2017. It was a few minutes before 7:00. We both quickly saw a man in dark clothes walking or standing on the bridge on the shoulder of the eastbound side. This side does not have a walkway. He was facing west. We both said at the same time ''did you see that man?'' And we both immediately looked in our rear mirrors, and he was not there at all. We both saw him at the same exact time.

Comment by Donna: A man hanged himself on that bridge several years ago. He tied a rope to his truck then around his neck and jumped over the edge. A friend of ours saw him and pulled over but it was too late. He was already dead.
