Well this story was told to me by my grandfather. He told me one time he was walking home and had just crossed from Miguel Aleman or San Pedro as he used to call it. Well, about a block from his house he saw a man on the road that looked exactly like a friend of his that he hadn't seen in a long time. He kept walking towards the man that was just standing in the middle of the road. He called his name and got no response.

an arm's distance away, the man who had his head down all along raised his head. My grandfather said he literally saw fire in his eyes. The man then lifted

a machete as if to kill him. My grandfather ran the opposite direction. My grandfather managed to go through a shoe business and jump the fence to his house. He looked back only to see the mam jump the fence and disappear in a flame. My grandfather would tell me that their house had been built on an old military fort grounds.
