I buy antiques of all kinds but never encountered shadow people before. I bought a large Buddha which was hollow but sealed with a copper sheet on the bottom. Something was sealed inside but no idea what it might be.
I placed the Buddha on top of a tall Chinese chest. That night a black figure was standing by the head of my bed. The human form was perfect but was so dense and black it scared me. The second night it appeared again.

I reached out to touch and it vanished like smoke. The next day I tried to move the Buddha but couldn't. I finally pulled it off the took it to sell at my store. I have never seen shadow people since.

I was told that relics of monks were sometimes sealed in those Buddha's.

Scary!!! My mom lives on Wilson. She's only been there 2 years I get a creepy feeling when she's not there and late at night. I have even heard a knocking noise that has woken me up from sleep to go answer the front door only to see that no one was there.. Other than that I haven't seen anything.
