Comment by Neighbor: The woman in the bonnet has been said to be seen by more than a couple of people in the neighborhoods around the area called Old Town. The subdivisions off Sam Bass are included. I have never seen her or Amy actual entity and I live within sight of the Sam Bass Cemetery.
I have had activity in our home since we moved here 20 years ago. It is off and on. One night in bed I heard rustling in the room then a shadow by bed and felt it coming in closer and looming over me. In that moment I was so scared! I slept with the light on rest of night and a nightlight for a year after that.

My wife kids and I have lived in Round Rock for about eight years now.. We initially rented a home but then purchased our own which is located close to a creek. We still had the rental for about a week or so after purchasing our home so I would come out to our new home alone during the afternoon/evening hours to paint (the living room was too dark/dark brown).

When I would arrive at the house I would check everything inside and out just as a precaution (grew up in a bad neighborhood) but all the same empty except for the ladder paint and the paint gun. I remember coming one early evening to the same routine and then when I was done and as I was starting to turn off the lights I noticed a red/orange glare from the kitchen.
The glowing light was the stove burner which was on at full level. In order to turn on the burners you have to push down and then twist... So I found this to be a little odd since I was the only one in the house and everything was checked as I initially entered the house and it was not turned on..
Plus I had no food at that moment or need to turn on the burner. So this happened twice... The same manner.. I came in to paint checked everything and then when I was leaving the burner was turned on at full level.
