We have been hearing weird noises in our house off and on over the past few years but today was the worst it has gotten. Things seem to be escalating. Both my wife and I see random shadows moving in the hallways.
About 1 month ago my 5 year old daughter came running into our bedroom scared and saying someone touched her neck and shoulder. We hear banging from my son's closet when he is not home. We occaisionally see an owl perched on our roof above my other son's bedroomn.

Today when I went to pick up my kindergartener from school my wife was home alone with our Newborn. She called me scared because she thought she heard footsteps shuffling in the attic and the baby swing switch turned on by itself next to her.

When I came home with my 5 year old we walked into the kitchen. All the cabinets and drawers were wide open. My wife had not gone downstairs since we left. This house is only 6 years old and we are the second owners.
As far as I know no one has died in the house but the house is built close to old settlers Park which was the original Round Rock settlement next to double file trail. I am trying to find out if there are any old cemeteries or Indian burial ground the house may be near.
I would appreciate any input or assistance recommendations anyone may have had with similiar experiences.

Comment by Annie: I have lived in the NE part of Round Rock for 21 years - very near the area you are talking about. I have seen countless spirits around Town. This area is very active and has a rich history that includes American Indians (look up double file trail) and early settlers...
Not to mention everything that has happened since. Not all spirits are bad... But usually cause fear when we see them. I may be able to help you if you are still experiencing strange things. Email Annieh925 @att .net.
