The year is November 2007 - 1st week of January 2008 (2400 Block of Leal St, San Antonio, Texas). What started out as the deal of the lifetime turned into our worst nightmare.
We were lucky enough find a mansion which was 5 bedroom, 1 study room, 2 living areas, 2 restrooms, washroom with washer/dryer included and a huge Kitchen for $700 month :D... The landlord said the house was $700 a month because it was a fixer upper home. We were allowed to alter any of the house as we saw fit however we could not alter the study room.

The study room was painted a baby blue color with white clouds. Fake green grass 1 Small child study desk and a huge chalk board. Also a box of books as well. We had different paranormal activities that started off on a low scale then begin to escalate as time went on. While washing the dishes the back door would constantly open and close. My husband would check the hardware and it was all fine. There was no explanation as to why the door would open.

My brother and sister in-law ended up moving in with us and that is when things turned for the worse. The back of the house turned into a deep freezer. We didn't have central air so we could not explain the coldness. My brother and sister in-law would sleep with jackets and warm clothes just to keep warm. We started to experience dishes being moved around the floor. Like someone was placing dishes on the floor and would start to skate. We would find dishes on the floor everywhere.
One night My sister in-law were in my room playing a board game while my brother slept in the opposite end of the house in his room. My sister in-laws head was pulled back very hard. (Someone had pulled her hair). She screamed very loudly and jumped into my lap. Then our windows started shaking like someone was trying to break in. We got scared and started to run to the end of the house when my brother ran to the front. We met up in the kitchen area at the same time. The windows to the house had rattled at the same time. He ran outside and around the home. We called the cops assuming someone was trying to get in. The cops showed up and we even had a helicopter as well. When they didn't find anything they eventually left.
We went to the landlord and told her of everything happening there. She eventually told us that a family had a child who could not go outside that is why the room was painted with clouds and fake grass. The child was assumed to have passed away. This started to make sense now.
