Well I used to live in front of the railroads with my husband and one night we were getting home from Harlingen around 11 or 12 when we saw someone walking in a complete white cape that covered the persons head as well. He/she was walking on top of the tracks, and we staring until the person crossed Sam Houston and was gone. It was weird because it was a completely weird outfit and an awkward time of night. Since that day I was scared to be out there at night. Then 4 years later a lady started renting a room in that same house which my suegras rents to different people, and she said they were talking outside around 2 am when they saw the exact same description I mentioned earlier. But they said that this thing was not walking but floating omg! That's when I realized it wasn't just in my head :-O .

Comment by Teresa: Some say they've seen the same thing near the tracks by the Resaca. It lingers around the cantinas where many have been found laying drunk near the tracks. Being drunk is an open door to evil entities.
It has been said it's death searching for lost souls... If you have not been saved turn to Christ now before it is too late !.

There's an old elementary school I went to, it's called Fred Booth Elementary. It's haunted, it used to be a hospital and a cemetery. After school when I roam around I go to the PE room an there's a door that leads to the gym and you could hear basketballs, and it still goes on???...
