The house also had a lot of poltergeist activity. I remember all of us sitting in the living room while my mom was cooking dinner, and all of a sudden a loud crash came from the back bedroom. It was an etch-a-sketch I had in my room that was thrown into my parents' bedroom door, and we all stood there stunned.
I found out many years later that a child has passed away in the house in the mid 1970s, and she died in my bedroom. Also my aunt owned

the house after my family moved out of it. She died in the house back in 1997. My family still owns this property, and this house scares me till this

day. I would like to investigate more places in this town because it has such a history.

There is the spirit of a little boy that likes to play around my farmhouse. One thanksgiving when much of the family was here staying for the holiday we were all gathered in the dining room when the sound of a ball bouncing through the room into the next and a little boy laughing loudly chasing it filled the room and caught everyone's attention.
We all looked into the next room where the sounds went just in time to see the far door open (it was locked at that time) then slam shut and the little boy's laughter fading outside. Once a rock was thrown at my son while we were in the tack house and no one was there but us.
