My grandma used to be a home provider for an old woman who used to live right in front of us (the house is still there and we still live in front of it. Well when she used to stay there to help the woman during the day she would hear keys jingling and little kids laughing and having conversations back then around the house was only corn fields so it was even more creepy my mom and my uncles and aunts would see children in the windows...

Santa Rosa has a rich history of ghost sightings and other supernatural happenings.. I will tell of one that I was semi-involved in... There is a neighborhood in Santa Rosa called ''El Rincon Del Diablo'' --the devil's neighborhood....
I am very familiar with this neighborhood as my grandfather lived there and I would walk from my home to visit him and other family there. There was always an eerie feeling about this neighborhood especially as you would get closer to grandfather's house....
There is several tales that can be shared from my grandfather's experiences alone.... Most top just about anything I've ever heard or read.... People in this neighborhood see things all the time and fail to share with anyone for fear of being ridiculed..
