Summer had just ended, and my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to camp out in my new Jeep at Lake Somerville State Park one night. We were about ten minutes from the state park when we decided we should grab fast food before we entered into the park, so we drove about 25 minutes past the state park into town where the local McDonald's was.
After we got our food and had a laugh about the service we were headed to the state park. I was driving,

and my boyfriend was in the passenger seat. The drive right outside of the town required you to go under a really old overpass, and the houses that were

on the sides of the road were big, old, and creepy. It didn't bother me or my boyfriend since we liked those kinds of things.
The turn to go into the state park was just ten minutes ahead. We were laughing so hard from the trip to McDonald's, but my laughs turned into a scream, and I swerved to the side because I saw an old lady in a white dress in the middle of the road. My boyfriend knew I had seen something because I screamed and was shaking.
